概念法解决单污染物与多污染物体系的水热同时优化问题

【摘要】:目前,水资源和能源枯竭问题日益突出,全世界都面临着资源匮乏的问题,尤其是中国。工业生产是消耗资源的大户,然而在实际生产过程中,水与能量的利用效率却不容乐观,水在实际生产中具有重要地位,不仅仅传递质量,而且往往也是能量的载体,因此,研究实际生产过程中的水热同时优化问题具有重大的现实意义。系统工程是一种很好的解决水热同时优化问题的方法,本文提出了一种新的概念性方法来解决水热同时优化问题,该方法不仅可以解决单污染系统的优化问题,而且也可以解决多污染的优化问题,与此同时在热集成方面我们也分别针对等温和非等温换热网络进行了讨论。该方法的创新性主要表现一下几个方法:1将温度参数考虑到了水网络的设计中,实现了用概念法一次性同时获得水热目标,而不是顺序优化获得目标值。2首次用概念方法解决了水热同时优化中的多污染物问题,具有重要的工程应用价值。3提出一种组合曲线图,来方便进行水网络的设计。本文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:首先,分析了水热优化的基本原理,其优化的本质其实就是各个过程单元根据浓度和温度限定条件,选用一种合理的排序方法对操作单元进行排序,使得最终的优化网络的目标值最小。其次,在此理论的基础上,我们分别提出了两种不同的设计方法来解决单污染和多污染物的水热同时优化问题。最后,在每种方法下面我们分别采用两个到三个文献中的例证对其方法的有效性进行验证,通过验证,我们发现该方法是有效的,而且能够得出相比其它文献更为优秀的结果。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of water resources and energy depletion is becoming increasingly prominent, and the world is facing the problem of resource scarcity, especially in China. Industrial production is a major consumer of resources, but in the actual production process, Water and energy use efficiency is not optimistic, water in practical production has an important position, not only transfer quality, but also often is the carrier of energy, therefore, It is of great practical significance to study the problem of simultaneous optimization of water and heat in practical production. System engineering is a good method to solve the problem of simultaneous optimization of water and heat. In this paper, a new conceptual method is proposed to solve the problem of simultaneous optimization of water and heat. This method can not only solve the optimization problem of single pollution system, but also solve the problem of multi-pollution optimization. At the same time, in the aspect of thermal integration, we also discuss the isothermal non-isothermal heat transfer network separately. The innovation of this method mainly shows that several methods: 1 take the temperature parameter into account in the design of water network. The problem of multiple pollutants in simultaneous hydrothermal optimization is solved by conceptual method for the first time, instead of sequential optimization to obtain target value .2. In this paper, the main research contents include the following aspects: firstly, the basic principle of hydrothermal optimization is analyzed. The essence of optimization is to select a reasonable sorting method to sort the operation units according to the conditions of concentration and temperature, so that the target value of the final optimization network is minimum. Secondly, on the basis of this theory, We propose two different design methods to solve the problem of simultaneous hydrothermal optimization of single and multiple pollutants. Finally, under each method, we use two or three examples in literature to verify the effectiveness of the method. Through verification, we find that the method is effective and can get better results than other literatures.
