【摘要】：我国市场经济发展至今,民营企业已成为当今国民经济的重要组成部分,在我国社会发展中起到了至关重要的作用,在增加就业机会、促进技术创新、扩大出口份额、提高政府税收总额等方面愈发重要。但是与此同时,在民营企业快速发展中也遇到各种各样的难题,其中融资难问题从民营企业诞生之初一直存在,在很大程度上阻挠着民营企业的蓬勃发展。为解决融资难的问题,政府在融资方面正在为民营企业,特别是中小型企业提供优惠政策,并且在一定程度上解决了企业的资金来源问题,但是仅依靠政府提供的政策来进行融资,民营企业融资问题依然无法得到根本性的解决,需要多方面举措形成合力,借助政府、金融机构以及企业自身的力量来共同推进。耐火材料行业经过多年的发展,对科技创新及发展能力的要求逐步提高,行业准入门槛较之从前也大幅度提高,需要大量的资金来保证企业的稳步发展。对于本行业中的民营企业来讲,融资能力直接制约着企业的发展。KT股份有限公司是国内生产高纯耐火材料品种最齐全的企业之一,其多项产品填补了国内空白并且在国际上取得了瞩目成就,目前其融资方式有股权融资、企业债券、银行贷款三类,但在抵质押资产配置、贷款期限错配、融资成本管理、担保圈合作等方面仍然存在许多问题。因此,本文通过研究KT公司的融资现状,总结分析融资中存在的问题并找到其根源,结合企业自身实际情况和所处的融资环境变化,对KT公司未来的融资策略、融资渠道等方面提出一些具体的对策和建议,并为其他企业提供借鉴。本文主要研究内容如下:第一章是导论,包括研究背景与目的、研究内容、相关理论基础与文献综述;第二章是KT情况概述,阐述了耐材行业的发展背景、公司的基本情况、财务情况及财务指标;第三章是KT公司融资现状分析,主要介绍融资必要性、融资历程、融资现状;第四章是KT公司融资中存在的问题,通过对融资现状的分析反映KT公司融资问题并剖析形成问题的成因;第五章是KT公司融资对策建议,针对KT公司融资中存在的问题提出对策建议,从外部环境建议及内部能力构建等多角度以期解决企业融资现状及困境,并提出具体的措施;第六章得出结论,从整体上对本次研究进行系统梳理及总结,并指出本文的局限性及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of our market economy, private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy and have played a vital role in the social development of our country. They have increased employment opportunities, promoted technological innovation, and expanded the share of exports. But at the same time, in the rapid development of private enterprises, there are also various difficulties, among which the problem of financing has always existed since the birth of private enterprises. In order to solve the problem of financing difficulties, the Government is providing preferential policies for private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, in the area of financing. And to some extent solve the problem of the source of funds, but only rely on the policy provided by the government to finance, the private enterprise financing problem still can not be fundamentally resolved, need a variety of measures to form a joint force, with the help of the government, After years of development, the requirements for scientific and technological innovation and development ability of the refractories industry have been gradually raised, and the industry entry barriers have also been greatly increased compared with the past. A large amount of capital is needed to ensure the steady development of the enterprises. For the private enterprises in the industry, the financing ability directly restricts the development of the enterprises. KT Co., Ltd. is one of the most complete domestic enterprises producing high-purity refractories. Many of its products have filled in domestic gaps and made remarkable achievements internationally. At present, its financing methods include equity financing, corporate bonds, and bank loans, but in the allocation of pledged assets, mismatch of loan maturity, management of financing costs, Therefore, by studying the current financing situation of KT Company, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems in financing and finds its root cause, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise and the change of the financing environment. This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the future financing strategy and financing channel of KT Company, and provides reference for other enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, including the research background and purpose, the research content, and so on. The second chapter is the overview of KT situation, which describes the development background of refractory industry, the basic situation of the company, financial situation and financial indicators; the third chapter is the analysis of the current financing situation of KT company, mainly introduces the necessity of financing. The fourth chapter is the problems existing in the financing of KT Company, which reflects the financing problems of KT Company through the analysis of the current financing situation and analyzes the causes of the problems. Chapter 5 is the financing countermeasures and suggestions of KT Company. Aiming at the problems existing in the financing of KT Company, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, from the external environment suggestion and the construction of internal capability, etc. in order to solve the current financing situation and predicament of the enterprise, and puts forward the concrete measures. This paper systematically summarizes the research, and points out the limitations of this paper and prospects for the future.
