基于有限元的卧螺离心机转鼓、螺旋输送器的研究

【摘要】:卧螺离心机作为一种固液分离设备广泛应用于煤炭、化工、医药、食品等领域。卧螺离心机作为一种高效的细粒煤脱水设备,能够很好地应用于煤泥和浮选精煤的脱水。随着卧螺离心机的应用愈加广泛,对卧螺离心机关键零部件如转鼓、螺旋输送器结构的强度、变形和振动等问题的研究的需求就更加迫切。 本文通过对离心分离理论的研究推导了卧螺离心机生产能力计算公式,通过对沉渣滑动动力学研究推导出螺旋输送器的受力情况,为后续的分析研究打下基础。在使用SolidWorks建立的三维模型的基础上,应用有限元前处理软件HyperMesh对转鼓和螺旋输送器划分六面体网格并施加边界条件和载荷得到较高质量的有限元模型。再使用ANSYS软件对转鼓和螺旋输送器进行静力分析、模态分析和临界转速的计算。主要研究包括以下几个方面: (1)根据静力分析在不同工况下对转鼓和螺旋输送器进行强度校核,验证其强度刚度满足使用要求; (2)研究转鼓排渣口排渣口尺寸对应力集中系数的影响,得到应力集中系数与排渣口尺寸关系曲线; (3)研究螺旋输送器应力强度随转速和轴向力的变化关系; (4)在ANSYS中使用Block Lanczos法分别对转鼓和螺旋输送器进行模态分析,得到分别在有、无离心力场作用下的固有频率和振型; (5)根据转子动力学理论,计算在陀螺效应下螺旋输送器的临界转速,验证设备远离其临界转速,并且研究了支撑刚度对螺旋输送器转子系统临界转速的影响规律。
[Abstract]:As a solid-liquid separation equipment, horizontal spiral centrifuge is widely used in the fields of coal, chemical industry, medicine, food and so on. It can be used well in dewatering of coal slime and flotation concentrate coal. With the increasing application of horizontal screw centrifuge, the strength of the key parts of horizontal screw centrifuge such as drum, screw conveyor structure, The study of deformation and vibration is more urgent. In this paper, through the study of centrifugal separation theory, the calculation formula of horizontal screw centrifuge's production capacity is derived, and the force condition of screw conveyor is deduced by studying the sliding dynamics of sediment. In order to lay the foundation for the subsequent analysis. On the basis of the three-dimensional model built with SolidWorks, The finite element pre-processing software HyperMesh is used to divide the hexahedron mesh between the drum and the helical conveyer, and the finite element model with high quality is obtained by applying boundary conditions and loads. The static analysis of the drum and the helical conveyer is carried out by using the ANSYS software. Modal analysis and calculation of critical speed. The main research includes the following aspects:. 1) according to the static analysis, the strength of the drum and the screw conveyor are checked under different working conditions to verify that the strength and stiffness of the drum meet the requirements of use. 2) the influence of slag discharge size on stress concentration factor is studied, and the relationship curve between stress concentration factor and slag discharge size is obtained. 3) the relationship between the stress intensity and the rotational speed and axial force of the screw conveyer is studied. (4) using Block Lanczos method in ANSYS, the modal analysis of drum and helical conveyer is carried out, and the natural frequency and mode shape are obtained respectively under the action of no centrifugal force field. According to the rotor dynamics theory, the critical speed of the screw conveyor under the gyroscope effect is calculated, the critical speed of the equipment far from the critical speed is verified, and the influence of the supporting stiffness on the critical speed of the rotor system of the screw conveyor is studied.
