提升管内颗粒团聚对两相流动混沌特征影响的递归分析

【摘要】:在提升管内人工制造团聚现象,对所生成的团聚物进行分区域辨识,同时基于压力信号,采用递规分析的方法研究节涌床和湍动床两种状态下气固两相系统的混沌特征受团聚物种类和循环物料量的影响。结果表明:节涌床状态下递归图中沿对角线发展趋势显著,系统周期性较强且不易受团聚物种类的影响。湍动床状态下,提高物料循环流量,对于原始物料以及微团聚物料,递归图中沿对角线发展趋势增强,递归图参数中确定性提高,分叉性减小,表明系统混沌特征弱化;对于成核团聚物料,递归图结构和参数无明显变化,反映出系统混沌特征所受影响较小;而对于黏结团聚和糊状团聚物料,递归图中孤立点增多,递归参数中确定性降低,分叉性增大,系统混沌特性增强。
[Abstract]:Artificial agglomeration in the riser is used to identify the generated aggregates, and based on the pressure signal, The chaotic characteristics of gas-solid two-phase system under the condition of slug bed and turbulent bed are studied by means of the method of hierarchical analysis. The results show that the tendency of diagonal development in the recursion diagram under the condition of slug bed is obvious, which is influenced by the type of agglomerates and the quantity of circulating materials. In turbulent bed, the circulation flow rate of materials is increased. For raw materials and micro-aggregate materials, the trend of diagonal development in recursion graph is enhanced, and the determinism in the parameters of recursion graph is improved. The bifurcation property is reduced, which indicates that the chaotic characteristic of the system is weakened, the structure and parameters of recursion graph have no obvious change for the nucleated agglomeration material, which reflects that the chaotic characteristic of the system is less affected, but for the agglomeration and the paste agglomeration material, The number of isolated points in recursion graph increases, the determinacy of recursive parameters decreases, the bifurcation increases, and the chaotic characteristics of the system are enhanced.
