蓝宝石抛光树脂铜盘的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:蓝宝石材料已经成为目前各个领域的发展基础。由于蓝宝石具有优异的力学性能而被广泛的应用,蓝宝石所制成的器件的质量、寿命和发光效率在很大的程度上都依赖于其表面质量,所以目前蓝宝石的加工重点就是如何能高效的获得蓝宝石表面质量。针对单晶蓝宝石这种大批量生产的硬脆难加工的材料能获得无损超光滑表面,本文提出了蓝宝石抛光所用树脂铜盘的制作方法。以铜粒子和树脂基体组成树脂铜盘,通过选用不同的树脂作为基体,使其向高耐热和高耐磨等方向发展。将铜粉和聚酚氧树脂共混制备聚酚氧/铜复合材料,考察了铜含量和铜粒径对复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验结果表明:当铜粒径为300#时,摩擦系数出现先增加后减小的趋势。铜含量为70%时,其热变形温度达到最高89.7℃,复合材料的力学性能和耐磨性较好;随着铜粒径的增加,其力学性能出现减小的趋势,其磨损率和摩擦系数随着粒径的增大逐渐减小。考虑综合性能,选择粒径为300#作为复合材料的铜粒径。以聚酚氧同甲阶酚醛树脂混合后作为树脂基体,研究了聚酚氧/甲阶酚醛比例、铜粒子含量对聚酚氧/甲阶酚醛/铜复合材料力学性能及磨损性能的影响。结果显示:当聚酚氧:甲阶酚醛为6:4,铜含量为70%,粒径300#时,复合材料的热变形温度达到最高,为115.7℃,同时具有最小的磨损率和摩擦系数,说明酚醛的最佳加入量为40%时,会使得复合材料的综合性能得到提升。
[Abstract]:Sapphire materials have become the basis of development in various fields. Sapphire has been widely used because of its excellent mechanical properties, and the quality of devices made of sapphire. Both lifetime and luminous efficiency depend to a great extent on their surface quality, So at present, the focus of sapphire processing is how to obtain the surface quality of sapphire efficiently. In this paper, the preparation method of resin copper disk used in sapphire polishing is put forward. The resin copper disk is composed of copper particles and resin matrix, and different resins are selected as the matrix. The polyphenoxy / copper composites were prepared by blending copper powder with polyphenoxy resin. The mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by copper content and copper particle size. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient increases first and then decreases when the copper particle size is 300#.
