脱硅磷石膏制备硫酸铵和碳酸钙的研究

【摘要】：利用脱硅磷石膏、碳酸氢铵和氨水为原料,制备硫酸铵和碳酸钙,通过正交试验设计和单因素试验,探索最佳工艺条件。结果表明适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间2h,物料比1.11,液固比2.2,搅拌速度200r/min。此时硫的转化率为99.66%,硫的回收率为97.89%,氮的回收率为89.47%,综合回收率为93.68%,碳酸钙的过滤强度为653.79kg/m~2·h。硫酸铵产品质量达到了国家标准一等品的要求,碳酸钙产品中CaCO_3质量分数达到了97.74%,实现了磷石膏的高效利用。
