高温热处理碳纳米管活性实验研究

【摘要】:为探寻既可以活化碳纳米管又对其本身的结构与性能影响较小的实验条件,该文对在碳纳米管表面构造缺陷的高温热处理工艺进行了研究。在空气中高温热处理碳纳米管,并尝试不同的温度和保温时间,得到不同的碳纳米管样品。经扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、激光拉曼光谱仪和红外光谱仪的测试,结果表明:高温热处理能达到活化碳纳米管的目的,在碳纳米管表面和端部产生缺陷,引入含氧亲水基团;碳纳米管缺陷含量及被氧化的程度受到处理温度与时间的影响,高温可以有效优先活化碳纳米管的端部且较大程度地保留碳纳米管原有的优异特性。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the experimental conditions which can activate carbon nanotubes and have little effect on the structure and properties of carbon nanotubes, the high temperature heat treatment process of structural defects on the surface of carbon nanotubes has been studied in this paper.Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were heat-treated in air at different temperatures and holding times to obtain different carbon nanotubes (CNTs) samples.The results of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, laser Raman spectrometer and infrared spectrometer show that high temperature heat treatment can achieve the purpose of activating carbon nanotubes and produce defects on the surface and end of carbon nanotubes.The oxygen hydrophilic group was introduced and the defect content and oxidation degree of carbon nanotubes were affected by the treatment temperature and time. The end of carbon nanotubes could be activated effectively at high temperature and the original excellent properties of carbon nanotubes could be preserved to a large extent.
