以中和渣为原料制备半水硫酸钙晶须实验研究

【摘要】:以某轧钢厂酸洗液中和反应渣为原料,采用水热法制备半水硫酸钙晶须。系统研究了反应温度、反应时间和镁离子对半水硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对晶须产品进行了表征。结果表明,利用中和渣可以制备半水硫酸钙晶须。最佳制备条件:料浆质量分数为5%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为20 min,硫酸镁质量分数低于4%。以中和反应渣为原料制备半水硫酸钙晶须,实现了中和反应渣的综合利用,为轧钢厂酸性废水的综合治理提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker was prepared by hydrothermal method from acid washing liquid neutralizing reaction slag in a rolling mill.The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and magnesium ion on the morphology of calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker were systematically studied. The whisker products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that calcium sulfate semidihydrate whisker can be prepared by neutralizing slag.The optimum preparation conditions are as follows: the mass fraction of slurry is 5, the reaction temperature is 120 鈩,
