掺合料对抗冲磨混凝土活化能的影响研究

【摘要】:基于等强度的配合比设计原则,选定20、30、40、60℃四个养护温度。前后两次对活化能进行了测试,对ASTM C1074—04测试方法进行了改进:加密前期测试点和成型后的试件用保鲜膜密封。试验结果表明:温度将对胶材的反应造成直接影响,化学反应速率随着温度的升高而升高。养护温度较高时,早期水化程度或强度比养护温度较低时大,但从长期来看,强度则会小一些,甚至出现强度倒缩现象;抗冲磨混凝土强度开始发展所需最低温度在1~5℃之间;硅粉和膨胀剂对于提高混凝土的活化能具有一定促进作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of equal strength proportioning design, four curing temperatures were selected.The activation energy of ASTM C1074-04 was tested twice, and the test method of ASTM C1074-04 was improved.The results show that the reaction rate increases with the increase of temperature.When the curing temperature is high, the hydration degree or strength in the early stage is higher than that when the curing temperature is lower, but in the long run, the strength will be smaller, even the strength will shrink, the minimum temperature required for the strength development of the anti-wear concrete is between 1 鈩,
