氟硅酸综合利用工艺技术研究进展

【摘要】：氟硅酸作为磷肥行业和无水氟化氢行业副产的含氟废液,其回收利用或梯级利用是目前磷肥行业和氟化工行业研究的热点和重点。结合多氟多化工股份有限公司多年来对氟硅酸综合利用的研究成果,深入剖析了现阶段中国采用氟硅酸制备基础氟化工原料氢氟酸、以中间产品氟化铵为媒介制备无机氟化物、以氟硅酸为原料制备四氟化硅、以氟硅酸为原料开发铝用氟化盐冰晶石和氟化铝等的不同方法,通过制备方法、技术关键点以及工艺难点的对比,为今后中国氟硅酸综合利用技术的提升和发展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Fluorosilicic acid, as a by-product of phosphate fertilizer industry and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride industry, is a hot spot and key point in the research of phosphorus fertilizer industry and fluorine chemical industry.Combined with the research results of the comprehensive utilization of fluorosilicic acid in polyfluorosilicic acid co., Ltd. For many years, this paper analyzes in depth the use of fluorosilicic acid in the preparation of basic fluorine chemical raw material hydrofluoric acid in China at present, and the preparation of inorganic fluoride with the intermediate product ammonium fluoride as the medium.Using fluorosilicic acid as raw material to prepare silicon tetrafluoride, using fluorosilicic acid as raw material to develop different methods of fluorinated salt cryolite and aluminum fluoride for aluminum, the preparation method, the key points of technology and the comparison of technical difficulties, etc.It points out the direction for the improvement and development of the comprehensive utilization technology of fluorosilicic acid in China in the future.
