水热条件下陶瓷抛光砖粉的水化活性

【摘要】:采用水热强度法研究了陶瓷抛光砖粉作为辅助胶凝材料的水化活性,并采用XRD、SEM、EDS等测试方法研究了水热条件对水泥水化产物的物相组成和微观结构的影响,对抛光砖粉与粉煤灰和矿渣的水化活性进行了对比。结果表明:与20℃常温水养相比,50℃水热养护有利于激发抛光砖粉的火山灰活性,水泥水化产物类别及Ca/Si大小与常温水养条件下相似。50℃水热养护条件下,在水化早期,活性大小从高到低的顺序依次为:矿渣抛光砖粉粉煤灰;至水化后期,活性大小从高到低的顺序依次为:粉煤灰抛光砖粉矿渣。
