气体分布器在双入口变换炉中CFD模拟研究及应用

【摘要】:本文根据水气变换催化反应变换炉的气相初始进料的特点,采用计算流体力学方法对变换炉内作流场可视化模拟。通过建立变换炉三维模型,分别讨论了双列叶片式气体分布器和双切环流式气体分布器对变换炉内流场的均布作用,模拟结果表明,两种分布器对气相初始分布有明显改善和优化,总体表现在在进气分布更加均匀、压降更低、成本更低,有利于变换炉传质效率的提高。其中双列叶片式气体分布器对上炉膛的流场均布改善明显,双切环流式气体分布器对下炉膛的流场均布改善效果明显。基于以上两种分布器及其特点,分别优化双入口进气比及分布器侧壁入口安装高度的数据,结果表明:双列叶片式气体分布器当安装高度为3.3m,进气分流比为7:5,压力降为71Pa,出口处最大流速为9.91m/s,流场均布最佳;双切环流式气体分布器侧壁进口高度为4.3m,双入口分流比为9:3时,其压力降为79Pa,出口最大流速为10.66m/s,均布效果最佳。针对两种分布器的优缺点分别作了改进设计。在水气变换反应炉中,如使用双列叶片式气体分布器,可以选择在分布器下封盖开孔且加导流板的改进设计安装,可进一步改善下炉膛流场均布;如选择双切叶片式气体分布器,可以选择在顶部进气口处增设导流板,或者在分布器下方合适位置安装分布环,可以提高整个炉膛的流场均布。在上述的模型中添加气固相能量反应模型、添加UDS多孔介质模型做数值模拟,对以上的设计加以论证。模拟结果与Wei-Hsin Chen实验值基本相符。同时将该模型应用于某化工厂变化炉中,所得CO转化率接近且高于生产值。本文的研究为数值模拟双入口变换炉的流场均布提供建模参数,同时为气体分布器的设计改进提供了设计思路以。
[Abstract]:In this paper , based on the characteristics of the gas phase initial feeding of the water - gas shift catalytic reaction transformation furnace , the flow field visualization in the transformation furnace is simulated by using the computational fluid mechanics method . The simulation results show that the two - row vane type gas distributor has a better effect on the gas phase initial distribution , and the simulation results show that the two kinds of distributor have obvious improvement effect on the flow field of the upper furnace chamber . The results show that the double - row vane type gas distributor has better effect on the flow field of the upper furnace chamber .
The inlet height of the side wall of the double - cut circulation type gas distributor is 4.3m , the pressure drop is 79Pa and the outlet maximum flow rate is 10.66m / s when the double inlet flow - flow ratio is 9 : 3 . The advantages and disadvantages of the two distributors are improved respectively . In the water - gas shift reaction furnace , if a double - row blade type gas distributor is used , the opening of the cover opening in the distributor can be selected and the improved design installation of the guide plate can be selected , so that the flow field uniform distribution of the lower hearth can be further improved ;
In the model , the gas - solid phase energy reaction model is added , and the distribution ring can be installed at the proper position below the distributor , so that the flow field of the whole furnace can be improved . The model is applied to a chemical plant change furnace , and the obtained CO conversion rate is close to and higher than the production value . The research of the present invention provides a modeling parameter for the flow field uniform distribution of the double inlet conversion furnace , and provides a design idea for the design improvement of the gas distributor .
