硅烷热解制备纳米硅及电化学性能研究

【摘要】:采用简易的硅烷(SiH_4)热分解法成功制备了纳米硅粉。X射线和粒度分析结果表明,粉体结晶性和粒径随分解温度变化,当温度为600℃时结晶性最高,中粒径最低为91nm。材料电极电化学测试显示,600℃下制得样品电化学性能最优。首次充放电比电容量分别为3316.2mAh/g和2651.5mAh/g,首次库伦效率为79.9%;首次循环后电极材料表面膜阻抗和电化学反应阻抗最低。
