低温法制备不溶性硫磺的热稳定性研究

【摘要】:本论文综述了不溶性硫磺的生产工艺及相关稳定剂的研究进展。以工业硫磺为原料,采用低温法工艺制备不溶性硫磺。采用XRD和SEM对普通硫磺和不溶性硫磺进行了表征。结果表明:不溶性硫磺与普通硫磺具有不同的特征衍射峰,且特征峰明显、强度大。特征峰强度越大,表明不溶性硫磺含量越高;不溶性硫磺颗粒结构对其热稳定性有一定影响;分别考察了萃取和充油过程加入稳定剂对不溶性硫磺热稳定性的影响,结果表明,萃取过程适宜的稳定剂是酯类Ⅲ,在加入2.0%时,低温法不溶性硫磺120℃的热稳定性为45.89%(wt/%),复合稳定剂没有明显效果;充油阶段适宜稳定剂也是酯类Ⅲ,加入2.0%时,低温不溶性硫磺120℃的热稳定性为49.03%(wt/%);充油阶段添加稳定剂的效果比萃取阶段的好;在萃取和充油过程同时添加稳定剂可以进一步提高不溶性硫磺的热稳定性在萃取和充油中均加入2.0%的稳定剂酯类Ⅲ效果最好,此时低温法不溶性硫磺120℃的热稳定性为52.31%(wt/%),达到同类工艺的领先水平;低温法稳定剂未必适用于高温法制备的不溶性硫磺;充油型不溶性硫磺的酸度、灰分、加热减量等参数都符合不溶性硫磺产品标准;碱性橡胶促进剂会对不溶性硫磺热稳定性起负面影响。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production process of insoluble sulfur and the research progress of relative stabilizers are reviewed.Insoluble sulfur was prepared from industrial sulfur by low temperature process.General sulfur and insoluble sulfur were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that insoluble sulfur has different characteristic diffraction peaks from common sulfur, and the characteristic peaks are obvious and strong.The higher the intensity of the characteristic peak, the higher the content of insoluble sulfur and the effect of the structure of insoluble sulfur particles on the thermal stability of insoluble sulfur.The suitable stabilizer in the extraction process is ester 鈪,
