10GDC粉体的烧结及电化学性能比较研究

【摘要】:本文对广东深圳某厂家生产的Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)和宁波索福人能源技术有限公司生产的Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)(D50=32.0μm)两种不同粒度分布的粉体进行了烧结特性及其电化学性能研究。评价了不同预烧温度下10GDC粉体的烧成特性,确定了最佳的粉体预烧温度。测量了不同烧成温度下(1500℃、1550℃、1600℃)的10GDC电解质片的吸水率、体积密度等参数,并对预烧及球磨前后的粉体进行粒径分析,通过XRD确定10GDC粉体的晶相;通过SEM观察烧结体的致密性。结果表明:深圳10GDC粉体1000℃预烧后在1500℃烧结最致密,其相对密度达到98.06%;宁波10GDC在1600℃下烧结最致密,其相对密度达到96.91%。深圳10GDC粉体的活性高于宁波10GDC粉体,其可以在比较低的温度下获得致密烧结体。进一步采用交流阻抗谱法在450℃-750℃范围内测得了两种10GDC电解质材料的电导率,结果显示:1500℃烧结的深圳10GDC电解质及1600℃烧结的宁波10GDC电解质总电导的表观活化能分别为1.42 e V,1.28 e V,在550℃-750℃范围内宁波10GDC电解质的电导率高于深圳10GDC电解质。由此可知,宁波10GDC材料的电性能较高,其烧结体的离子电导率较高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the sintering characteristics and electrochemical properties of two kinds of powders with different particle size distribution (GdS) and Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)(D50=32.0 渭 m, produced by a factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, have been studied.The sintering characteristics of 10GDC powders at different pre-firing temperatures were evaluated and the optimum pre-firing temperature was determined.The water absorption and bulk density of 10GDC electrolytes at different sintering temperatures were measured. The particle size of the powders before and after pre-firing and milling were analyzed, and the crystalline phase of 10GDC powders was determined by XRD.The densification of sintered body was observed by SEM.The results showed that Shenzhen 10GDC powder was sintered at 1500 鈩,
