【摘要】:正0故障起因2016年9月,车间领料员错将硝酸领到氯化钾挂镀锌线调节pH值的堆放点。班组工艺管理员用盐酸调节pH值时未仔细看标贴,错将硝酸当作盐酸加入槽中。由于是8 000L的大槽,所以加入硝酸后并未出现明显的故障,只是镀件上出现少量黑色阴影,当时并没有引起重视。我们是三班制生产,白班人员没发觉,夜班人员也没发现,仍将硝酸当作
