以不同粒度煤矸石-氢氧化铝预烧颗粒制备莫来石

【摘要】:为了资源化利用煤矸石,在煤矸石中加入氢氧化铝,使其铝硅比符合莫来石的理论铝硅比,再外加一定量的氟化铝、五氧化二钒、二氧化锰添加剂,经干法球磨、喷水造粒、密封陈腐、机压成型、800℃煅烧、破粉碎、过筛后,制成粒度分别为0.85 mm(20目)、0.25 mm(60目)、0.18 mm(80目)、0.12 mm(120目)、0.095 mm(160目)和0.074 mm(200目)的6种煤矸石-氢氧化铝预烧颗粒;然后,在煤矸石-氢氧化铝预烧颗粒中外加5%(w)的PVA结合剂,经搅拌、机压成型、1 400℃烧成后,制成6种莫来石试样;最后,检测试样的显气孔率、常温抗折强度、抗热震性,并分析其物相组成和显微结构。结果表明:随着煤矸石-氢氧化铝预烧颗粒的粒度从0.85mm(20目)减小至0.12 mm(120目),莫来石试样的显气孔率小幅减小,常温抗折强度和抗热震性逐渐增大,莫来石衍射峰强度增强,莫来石晶体发育变好;随着煤矸石-氢氧化铝预烧颗粒粒度从0.12 mm(120目)继续减小至0.074 mm(200目),上述性能均发生逆转。
