CVD法气相白炭黑湿法有机化改性研究

【摘要】:以特变电工新疆新能源股份有限公司化学气相沉积(CVD)法生产的白炭黑为原料,采用湿法改性工艺,六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDZ)为改性剂,水为改性助剂,甲苯为溶剂,对其进行有机化改性研究。由单因素及正交实验得到气相法白炭黑表面改性的最佳工艺条件为:改性温度110℃,改性时间1.5 h,改性剂用量15%,搅拌速率900 r/min。对改性产品进行技术指标测试,结果表明:产品达到疏水性白炭黑标准要求。通过采用接触角、IR、TG手段对改性效果进行表征,结果表明改性后白炭黑表面呈现良好的疏水性。
[Abstract]:Silica produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method of Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd was used as raw material, modified by wet process, HMDZ as modifier, water as modifier, toluene as solvent, HMDZ as modifier, water as modifier, toluene as solvent, water as modifier and toluene as solvent.
