二级毛细撞击流反应器的微观混合性能与应用研究

【摘要】:微通道反应器和撞击流反应器都能够很好地强化流体的微观混合性能,实现化工过程强化,本实验室结合二者的优点设计并构建了毛细撞击流反应器。毛细撞击流反应器不仅具有良好的微观混合性能,而且制备工艺简单。但在无预混操作的条件下,单级的毛细撞击流反应器只能实现两种反应组分的连续操作,因此,一种能够实现多组分反应体系连续操作的二级毛细撞击流反应器应运而生。本论文首先运用实验和模拟方法,研究了入口雷诺数和第二级流量比对二级毛细撞击流反应器微观混合性能的影响,模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,都表明入口雷诺数和第二级流量比会显著影响流体微观混合性能;接着,运用模拟方法进一步研究了第一级等径三通夹角、中间毛细管长度和中间毛细管直径对溶液预混效果的影响,结果表明最佳第一级等径三通夹角为180°,中间毛细管长度存在一个最适宜临界值,在相同进口雷诺数条件下,中间毛细管直径越小越好;最后,在对二级毛细撞击流反应器有一定了解的基础上,用其制备了Ni-Co-O复合材料,并考察了镍钴总离子浓度和陈化温度对材料形貌与电化学性能的影响,同时验证了二级毛细撞击流反应器在多组分材料合成领域的优势。
[Abstract]:Both microchannel reactor and impinging flow reactor can enhance the micro-mixing performance of fluid and realize chemical process strengthening. The capillary impinging flow reactor was designed and constructed by combining the advantages of microchannel reactor and impinging flow reactor. Capillary impinging flow reactor not only has good micro mixing performance, but also has simple preparation process. But under the condition of no premixing, the single stage capillary impinging flow reactor can only realize the continuous operation of two kinds of reaction components. Therefore, a two-stage capillary impinging flow reactor which can realize the continuous operation of multicomponent reaction system emerges as the times require. In this paper, the influence of the inlet Reynolds number and the second order flow ratio on the micro-mixing performance of the two-stage capillary impinging flow reactor is studied by means of experiments and simulation methods. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. It is shown that the inlet Reynolds number and the second order flow ratio have a significant effect on the micro mixing performance of the fluid. The effect of the length of the intermediate capillary and the diameter of the intermediate capillary on the effect of solution premixing is obtained. The results show that the optimum angle of the first order equal diameter three-way is 180 掳, and there exists a suitable critical value for the length of the intermediate capillary under the condition of the same inlet Reynolds number. The smaller the diameter of the capillary, the better. Finally, on the basis of a certain understanding of the second-order capillary impinging flow reactor, the Ni-Co-O composite was prepared. The effects of the concentration of nickel and cobalt ions and aging temperature on the morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were investigated, and the advantages of the second-order capillary impingement flow reactor in the field of multicomponent material synthesis were verified.
