化工管路金属软管力学行为的非线性有限元分析

【摘要】:波纹金属软管是化工管路系统中量大面广的补偿元件,主要起承受内压,补偿轴向位移、横向错动位移、管道热变形,还具有隔振降噪等重要作用,是管路系统完整性与密封性的薄弱环节,因此,其合理设计与安全运行对石化各类装置的安全生产具有重要意义。本文运用ANSYS非线性有限元方法,对带网套双层波纹金属软管在工作状态下进行静力学分析和热分析。采用三维二次等参元离散波纹管,梁单元离散网套,运用节点耦合法表述波纹管与网套的相互作用关系,考虑弹塑性本构关系、几何非线性和层间接触非线性,建立双层波纹管和带网套双层金属软管的三维有限元模型。首先,得到了金属软管在轴向位移作用下的应力分布规律,验证了网套对波纹管具有加强作用。其次,对金属软管施加横向错动位移载荷,得到了金属软管在横向位移作用下的应力分布规律,内层波纹管应力分布具有"中性层"现象。最后,选用同样节点的热单元离散波纹管,考虑波纹管层间死空气层的影响,进行了高温运行工况下温度场分析,进而对金属软管进行热变形与热应力分析,发现不带网套的波纹管高温工况下热应力和热变形分布更均匀,说明仅高温工况下,网套的作用并不明显。所得结果对各类化工装置在各种复杂工况下的金属软管的设计、选用与安全维护均具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Corrugated metal hose is a large and wide compensation element in chemical pipeline system. It mainly plays an important role in withstanding internal pressure, compensating axial displacement, lateral displacement, thermal deformation of pipeline, vibration isolation and noise reduction, etc. It is a weak link in the integrity and sealing of pipeline system. Therefore, its reasonable design and safe operation are of great significance to the safety production of various petrochemical plants. In this paper, ANSYS nonlinear finite element method is used to analyze the static and thermal properties of double corrugated metal hoses with netting. Three dimensional quadratic isoparametric element discrete bellows and beam element discrete mesh jackets are used to describe the interaction between the bellows and the meshes by using the node coupling method. The elastoplastic constitutive relations, geometric nonlinearity and interlayer contact nonlinearity are considered. Three-dimensional finite element models of double-layer bellows and double-layer metal hoses with mesh are established. First, the stress distribution of metal hose under axial displacement is obtained, and the reinforcement of bellows is verified. Secondly, the stress distribution law of metal hose under the action of transverse displacement is obtained by applying transversal displacement load on metal hose. The stress distribution of inner bellows has the phenomenon of "neutral layer". Finally, the thermal element discrete bellows with the same nodes are selected, and considering the influence of dead air layer between the corrugated tubes, the temperature field under the high temperature operation condition is analyzed, and then the thermal deformation and thermal stress of the metal hose are analyzed. It is found that the distribution of thermal stress and thermal deformation of bellows without mesh sleeve is more uniform under high temperature condition, which indicates that the effect of net sleeve is not obvious under the condition of high temperature. The results are of reference value for the design, selection and safety maintenance of metal hoses for various chemical plants under various complex working conditions.
