磁场辅助下磁性钴纳米线的制备工艺

【摘要】:在外加磁场作用下,以水为溶剂,使用氯铂酸为成核剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂,采用无模板液相还原法制备得到钴纳米线,并探究了不同温度和pH值以及磁场对其形貌的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱(EDS)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其进行表征。SEM结果表明,在磁场辅助下80℃、pH值为14和磁感应强度为40 mT时制备得到的钴纳米线线性较好,表面光滑,直径较小且均匀(约为100nm)。XRD和EDS结果表明钴纳米线纯度较高。在室温下,制备得到的钴纳米线具有铁磁性,其饱和磁感应强度和矫顽力分别为112.00A·m~2/kg和2.8×10~4 A/m。
[Abstract]:Cobalt nanowires were prepared by using water as solvent, chloroplatinic acid as nucleating agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as surfactant under the action of external magnetic field. The effects of different temperature, pH value and magnetic field on the morphology were investigated. The SEM results showed that the morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibratory sample magnetometer (VSM), which were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibratory sample magnetometer (VSM).
