WC的质量浓度对Ni-WC纳米复合镀层耐蚀性及硬度的影响

【摘要】:采用脉冲电沉积方法在304不锈钢基体上制备出Ni-WC纳米复合镀层。研究了WC的质量浓度对Ni-WC纳米复合镀层性能的影响。结果表明:随着WC的质量浓度的增加,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性先增强后减弱,硬度先增大后减小;当WC的质量浓度为30g/L时,Ni-WC纳米复合镀层的耐蚀性最好,硬度最大。
[Abstract]:Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by pulse electrodeposition. The effect of WC concentration on the properties of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings increases first and then decreases with the increase of WC concentration, and the corrosion resistance of Ni-WC nanocomposite coatings is the best and the hardness is the largest when the mass concentration of WC is 30g/L.
