无机改性剂处理氢氧化铝热稳定性研究

【摘要】:为提高氢氧化铝(ATH)的热稳定性能,推广其在电子封装、线路板等电子电工行业中的应用,采用无机纳米颗粒作为改性剂,通过分子间的强作用力,对ATH表面包覆处理,制备出耐热性ATH阻燃剂,通过差热扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对产品进行热稳定性分析。结果表明,经无机纳米颗料表面改性处理后,样品1%分解温度大于260℃,全脱水量大于29%,纯化后产品电导率(EC)低于20μs/cm,能满足于电子级ATH阻燃剂使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the thermal stability of aluminum hydroxide (ATH), and promote its application in electronic packaging, circuit board and other electronic and electrical industries, inorganic nanoparticles were used as modifiers, and the surface of ATH was coated by strong intermolecular force. The heat resistant ATH flame retardant was prepared and the thermal stability of the product was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that after the surface modification of inorganic nanoparticles, the decomposition temperature of 1% of the sample is more than 260 鈩,
