玄武岩纤维掺量对泡沫玻璃性能影响的研究

【摘要】:为了研究玄武岩纤维掺量对泡沫玻璃性能的影响,以粉煤灰、玻璃粉、玄武岩纤维及外加剂制备泡沫玻璃,分析不同掺量下玄武岩纤维对泡沫玻璃物理性能、力学性能和导热系数的影响。研究结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,泡沫玻璃的表观密度、导热系数呈递增趋势,当玄武岩纤维掺量为3‰-4‰时,表观密度变化较为平缓;当玄武岩纤维掺量为1‰时,导热系数达到0.0631 W/(m·K),当玄武岩纤维掺量在1‰-5‰时,对泡沫玻璃的含水率、吸水率影响较小,分别维持在0.35%、15%左右;当玄武岩纤维的掺量在1‰-4‰时,泡沫玻璃的抗压、抗折强度逐渐增大,掺量在4‰时,试样的抗压、抗折强度达到8.28 MPa和0.75 MPa,相比于基准试样,分别提高了2.24倍和1.92倍。
