退火对泡沫镍沉积金属催化剂的析氢性能影响

【摘要】:研究了退火处理对泡沫镍(NF)沉积单/双元金属电极在碱性环境下析氢性能的影响。采用XRD,SEM和电化学工作站对复合催化剂的组成、结构、微观形貌及性能进行研究,可以得出,泡沫镍沉积单/双元金属电极在300℃下退火处理后表现出较好的电催化析氢活性,大小依次为(相比于退火前):NF@Cu0.01@Ni0.01-300,NF@Cu0.01@Co0.03-300,NF@Ni0.01-300,NF@Co0.03-300.结果表明,NF@Cu0.01@Ni0.01-300催化剂对电解水制氢表现出最高的催化活性,其电流密度是泡沫镍的3.97倍,且具有优良的电化学和物理稳定性,说明退火温度和沉积金属层对复合催化剂的析氢活性有很大影响。
[Abstract]:The effect of annealing treatment on the hydrogen evolution properties of single / single component metal electrode deposited by nickel foam NFR in alkaline environment was investigated. The composition, structure, microstructure and properties of the composite catalyst were studied by XRDX SEM and electrochemical workstation. It is concluded that the single / single component metal electrode deposited by nickel foam deposit exhibits good electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity after annealing at 300 鈩,
