响应面分析法优化碳酸锶废渣酸浸取工艺的研究

【摘要】:以碳还原法生产碳酸锶产生的锶废渣为原料,以质量分数为30%的硝酸酸浸废渣中的锶盐,研究了该浸取工艺中浸取时间、溶液pH、浸取温度对锶浸取率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,以锶浸取率为响应指标,采用响应面分析法确定了最优锶浸取率的工艺条件:浸取时间为90.89 min、溶液pH为1.08、浸取温度为22.76℃。在此条件下得到实际测量值为82.07%,与理论预测值82.14%基本吻合。该研究可为提高锶资源的利用率提供参考。
[Abstract]:The effects of leaching time, solution pH and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of strontium were studied by using strontium waste residue from strontium carbonate produced by carbon reduction process as raw material and strontium salt in acid leaching waste residue of nitric acid of 30% by mass fraction. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum technological conditions of strontium leaching rate were determined by response surface analysis method: leaching time was 90.89 min, solution pH was 1.08, leaching temperature was 22.76 鈩,
