氯碱厂节水工艺改造

【摘要】:随着全球经济和社会的发展,人类农业和工业活动对水的需求逐步增加,使得淡水供求矛盾日益增加,这就要求人们开始研究和设计各类工艺和设备来提高水资源综合利用效率。我国是一个严重缺水的国家,人均淡水不足全球平均水平的四分之一,而随着我国经济的快速发展,一方面是对洁净水的需求量不断增加,另一方面是水体污染越来越严重。作为氯碱化工企业来说随着水体污染的废水排放标准的日益严格,工业用水价格的不断上涨,氯碱化工废水回用的经济性也得到越来越多人的重视。如何降低用水量,如何将水分级使用,如何实现水的内部循环利用是当前氯碱企业面临的一个需要立即解决的问题,因此,开发废水回用新工艺,以达到减少污水排放量、降低生产成本、提高环保及社会效益的目的对氯碱企业进行废水深度处理及合理利用资源具有重要的现实意义。本论文以新疆中泰化学股份有限公司华泰氯碱厂为研究对象,通过查阅企业相关资料及现场调查,结合企业各工段生产工艺过程、给排水状况及污水废水处理系统进行现状分析,评估该企业的节水潜力并提出节水改造措施,根据“一水多用,重复利用”的节水原则提出废水减排方案,对工艺废水经过资源回收利用,主要针对企业烧碱车间蒸发工序产生的蒸汽冷凝水,聚合车间截留蒸汽冷凝水净化回用至纯水,PVC母液水生化处理代替凯膜废水处理装置,应用于循环回用水,以及母液水中污染成分来源的乙炔车间废次钠减污和用水方案进行优化改进,并对改造后的水质状况和节水效益进行系统分析及讨论,证明了所提出的氯碱厂废水节水减排实施方案的科学性及合理性,为顺利展开进一步的科研工作和企业污水处理的工程改建提供具有普适性的实践指导意义。此外,提出一些可以进一步节水改造的设想,水的用量污水排放量减少的同时,还可以考虑改善水质为目标,把污染降到最低。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy and society, the demand for water in human agricultural and industrial activities has gradually increased, resulting in an increasing contradiction between supply and demand for fresh water. This requires people to begin to study and design various processes and equipment to improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of water resources. China is a country with serious shortage of water, the per capita fresh water is less than 1/4 of the global average level. With the rapid development of our economy, on the one hand, the demand for clean water is increasing, on the other hand, the pollution of water is becoming more and more serious. As a chlor-alkali chemical enterprise, with the increasingly strict water pollution wastewater discharge standards and the rising price of industrial water, more and more people attach importance to the economy of recycling chlor-alkali chemical wastewater. How to reduce water consumption, how to use water by stages and how to realize the internal recycling of water is a problem that needs to be solved immediately by chlor-alkali enterprises. Therefore, a new process of wastewater reuse is developed to reduce the discharge of wastewater. The purpose of reducing production cost and improving environmental and social benefits is of great practical significance for advanced treatment of waste water and rational utilization of resources in chlor-alkali enterprises. This paper takes Huatai chlor-alkali plant of Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. as the research object, through consulting relevant information of the enterprise and on-the-spot investigation, combining with the production process of each section of the enterprise, The present situation of water supply and drainage and wastewater treatment system is analyzed, the water saving potential of the enterprise is evaluated, and the measures of water saving reform are put forward. According to the principle of water saving, reuse and reuse, the scheme of reducing the emission of wastewater is put forward. After resource recovery and utilization, the process wastewater is mainly aimed at steam condensing water produced by evaporation process in caustic soda workshop. The condensate water is purified and reused in polymerization workshop to replace the membrane wastewater treatment unit with pure water and PVC mother liquor. It is applied to recycle and reuse water and acetylene workshop waste sodium pollution reduction and water use scheme which is applied to recycle reuse water and mother liquor water pollution source. The water quality status and water saving benefit after revamping are analyzed and discussed systematically. It is proved that the proposed scheme of water saving and emission reduction of chlor-alkali plant wastewater is scientific and reasonable, which provides general practical guidance for further scientific research and reconstruction of enterprise sewage treatment project. In addition, some suggestions for further water-saving renovation are put forward. While the amount of waste water is reduced, the aim of improving water quality can be considered to minimize the pollution.
