微钢纤维水泥基复合材料劈裂抗拉强度研究

【摘要】:为研究不同长径比微钢纤维和不同微钢纤维体积掺量对水泥基复合材料抗拉性能的影响,试验设计了3组不同基体混凝土强度(C50、C70、C90)共24组不同配合比,测试了试件28 d劈裂抗拉强度。分析研究了不同长径比微钢纤维掺量、不同体积率微钢纤维掺量与水泥基复合材料抗拉性能之间的相互关系,建立了相应的数学模型。研究结果为微钢纤维水泥基复合材料的工程设计提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different aspect ratio micro-steel fiber and different volume content of micro-steel fiber on the tensile properties of cement matrix composites, three groups of different matrix concrete strength (C50C _ (70) C _ (90) were designed. The splitting tensile strength of the specimen for 28 days was tested. The relationship between the content of micro-steel fiber with different aspect ratio and the tensile properties of cement matrix composites was studied and the corresponding mathematical model was established. The results provide a theoretical basis for the engineering design of micro-steel fiber cement matrix composites.
