助剂焙烧伊利石高效释钾及其反应动力学

【摘要】:采用助熔剂法对伊利石释钾过程进行研究,探讨了助熔剂种类和用量,焙烧温度和时间,水洗温度和时间以及固液比等条件对释钾率的影响。结果表明:添加氯化钙助剂对伊利石的释钾效果影响显著,最佳实验条件下释钾率为95.84%。动力学分析显示焙烧过程为Ca~(2+)在伊利石内部扩散所控制,焙烧渣中钾的浸出过程受表面化学反应控制。
[Abstract]:The process of potassium release from Illite was studied by flux method. The effects of flux type and dosage, calcination temperature and time, washing temperature and time and solid-liquid ratio on potassium release rate were discussed. The results showed that the potassium release rate of Illite was 95.84 when calcium chloride was added. The kinetic analysis shows that the roasting process is controlled by the diffusion of Ca~(2) in Illite, and the leaching process of potassium in roasted slag is controlled by surface chemical reaction.
