溶胶-凝胶法低温合成硅酸锆粉体的研究

【摘要】:以硅酸钠(Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O)和碳酸锆铵((NH_4)_2ZrO(CO_3)_2)为原料,LiF作矿化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备硅酸锆粉体。本文研究了制备工艺条件对其合成的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对实验样品进行物相及显微形貌分析。研究结果表明:在没有添加矿化剂的情况下,ZrSiO_4的合成温度高达1100℃左右;而在添加矿化剂LiF的情况下,前驱体经650℃热处理后,样品的XRD图谱开始出现ZrSiO_4的衍射峰,继续提高热处理温度,ZrSiO_4衍射峰强度逐渐提升。当热处理温度为750℃时,ZrSiO_4已充分合成,结晶程度良好。
[Abstract]:Zirconium silicate powders were prepared by sol-gel method using Na2SiOster3H _ 2O) and ammonium zirconium carbonate (NH _ 4H _ 4H _ 2O _ 2) as mineralizers and lif as mineralizers. In this paper, the effect of preparation conditions on the synthesis was studied, and the phase and micromorphology of the samples were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
