变压吸附提氢工艺的研究与应用

【摘要】:本文的主要研究对象是山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司建设的国内首套5万吨/年乙二醇配套变压吸附装置。该装置采用四川亚联高科技有限责任公司成套设计的15000 Nm3/h变压吸附工艺包,主要提供纯度达99.5%以上的氢气,供乙二醇车间加氢岗位和己二酸醇酮岗位使用。本文重点讨论并解决该装置生产过程中出现的以下四个问题,实际效果良好。1.原料气中夹带甲醇超标,造成吸附剂加重粉化。改进后,消除了原料气带甲醇的危害,延长了吸附剂使用寿命,提高了机组运行周期,拦截粉化的吸附剂,减小了对解析气接受岗位的影响。2.产品氢气纯度相对较低,杂质微量相对较高,不能满足己二酸车间醇酮岗位更高的需求,装置提取率相对较低,不经济,不利于节能降耗。改进后,产品气氢气纯度≥99.9%,微量CO和CO2总含量≤10×10-6,装置提取率≥85%,均获得较大幅度提升;3. 2#变压吸附程控阀经过几年的运行使用,由于吸附剂粉化和机械疲劳的影响,阀门开始出现打不开或者关不上的情况,尤其是当阀门关不上的时候危害性最大。改进后,一定程度上消除了程控阀故障给系统带来的隐患,使系统可以处于一个安全状态,同时确保了程控阀故障时可以工艺交出,为抢修赢得了宝贵的时间。4.当解析气外送压力超过0.05 MPa时,会引起安全阀超压放空,放空气排放大气会造成空气污染,排放的气体若遇雷电等天气又会发生燃烧。改进后,解析气进入火炬系统,避免了污染环境,消除了安全生产的不稳定因素。
[Abstract]:The main research object of this paper is the first domestic pressure swing adsorption unit of 50 000 t / a ethylene glycol constructed by Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. The unit adopts 15000 Nm3/h pressure swing adsorption process package designed by Sichuan Yalen Hi-tech Co., Ltd. It mainly provides hydrogen with purity of more than 99.5%, which can be used for hydrogenation of ethylene glycol workshop and employment of adipate alcohol ketone. This paper mainly discusses and solves the following four problems in the process of production of the plant, and the actual effect is good. 1. The entrainment of methanol in raw gas exceeds the standard, which results in the aggravation of pulverization of adsorbent. After the improvement, the harm of methanol in feedstock gas belt is eliminated, the service life of adsorbent is prolonged, the operation period of unit is increased, the adsorbent is intercepted and powdered, and the influence of adsorbent on the receiving position of analytical gas is reduced. The purity of hydrogen is relatively low and the trace impurity is relatively high, which can not meet the higher demand of alcohols and ketones in adipic acid workshop, and the extraction rate of the unit is relatively low, which is not economical and is not conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.
