氢氧化镁乳液的制备及其在脱硫中的应用

【摘要】:探究了氢氧化镁乳液的制备工艺,并采用鼓泡式反应装置对氢氧化镁脱硫反应特性进行了研究。结果表明,氢氧化镁的粒径中值随反应物浓度的增大而增大,粒径中值460~490 nm、浓度0.7 g/L的氢氧化镁脱硫效果较佳;氢氧化镁脱硫效率随着其浓度的增大、鼓泡深度的提高而显著增大,随着SO_2浓度及烟气流量的增高,脱硫效率降低,而且在SO_2浓度为2 500 mg/m~3、吸收液温度低于50℃时,脱硫效率达到95%以上;SO_2在氢氧化镁颗粒表面的接触、反应过程分为快速区、过渡区和稳定区三个阶段。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of magnesium hydroxide emulsion was studied, and the reaction characteristics of magnesium hydroxide desulfurization were studied by bubbling reaction device. The results show that the median particle size of magnesium hydroxide increases with the increase of reactant concentration, and the desulfurization efficiency of magnesium hydroxide increases with the increase of the concentration of magnesium hydroxide at the concentration of 0.7 g / L, and the median particle size increases with the increase of reactant concentration.
