基于新型抗冻植被混凝土的煤矸石分级研究

【摘要】:植被混凝土是指能够适应绿色植物生长、又具有一定的防护功能的混凝土及其制品。煤矸石是在采煤过程中和洗煤过程中排放的固体废物。作者课题组在试验过程中发现普通植被混凝土破坏大部分发生在节点处,粗骨料破坏很少,进而试用煤矸石取代石子作为粗骨料,发现煤矸石作为粗骨料虽然强度低,但满足植被混凝土要求。因此获得了专利:刘福胜.以煤矸石为粗骨料的新型抗冻植被混凝土[p].中国:CN104326709A。但是在对煤矸石抗冻植被混凝土进行生产制作时,发现由于煤矸石化学成分组成的多样性、矿物成分的复杂性、堆放时间的不确定性以及产量的规模性给煤矸石的选择带来了很大的技术瓶颈。煤矸石作为粗骨料应用于抗冻植被混凝土,时至今日社会各界并未有进行太多的研究,煤矸石作为粗骨料取代部分碎石子所做成的抗冻植被混凝土各项指标性能变化,人们对此也知之甚少。因此在课题组对不同等级不同取代率的煤矸石抗冻植被混凝土进行研究,有着重要的意义。本文通过分析煤矸石压碎指标、吸水率对其制作的煤矸石粗骨料新型抗冻植被混凝土抗压强度和抗冻性能产生的影响,对煤矸石进行了等级划分,得到适合进行煤矸石新型抗冻植被混凝土制作的煤矸石等级标准:(1)压碎指标小于等于16%,吸水率小于等于1.5%的煤矸石为Ⅰ级煤矸石;压碎指标大于16%小于等于21%,吸水率大于1.5%小于等于2.5%的煤矸石为Ⅱ级煤矸石;压碎指标大于21%,吸水率大于2.5%的煤矸石为Ⅲ级煤矸石。(2)Ⅲ级煤矸石不适合用于制作煤矸石粗骨料抗冻植被混凝土;Ⅱ级煤矸石制作的煤矸石粗骨料抗冻植被混凝土既能满足抗压强度的要求,又具有较好的抗冻性能;使用Ⅰ级煤矸石取代部分石子后制作的煤矸石植被混凝土破坏与普通植被混凝土破坏相似,以节点破坏为主,粗骨料破坏很少,这说明煤矸石的强度并没有被充分利用,可以使用这类煤矸石来进行有着更高强度要求的试验研究。(3)使用Ⅱ级煤矸石制作煤矸石抗冻植被混凝土,在煤矸石取代率为40%时,抗压强度、冻融循环满足抗冻植被混凝土性能要求,满足废弃矿物利用最多的原则,因此将煤矸石粗骨料最优取代率确定为40%左右。
[Abstract]:Vegetation concrete refers to concrete and its products which can adapt to the growth of green plants and have certain protective function. Coal gangue is a solid waste discharged during coal mining and coal washing. In the course of the experiment, the author's group found that most of the damage of common vegetation concrete occurred at the joint, and the coarse aggregate was seldom destroyed. Then the coal gangue was used to replace the stone as coarse aggregate, and it was found that the strength of coal gangue as coarse aggregate was lower than that of coal gangue. But meet the requirement of vegetation concrete. Thus obtained the patent: Liu Fusheng. A new type of frost resistant vegetation concrete with coal gangue as coarse aggregate [p]. However, in the production of coal gangue anti-freezing vegetation concrete, it is found that because of the diversity of chemical composition of coal gangue, the complexity of mineral composition, The uncertainty of stacking time and the scale of production bring great technical bottleneck to the choice of coal gangue. Coal gangue is used as coarse aggregate in frost resistant vegetation concrete. Up to now, there has not been much research on coal gangue as coarse aggregate to replace some broken stone. Little is known about it. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the anti-freezing vegetation concrete of coal gangue with different grade and different substitution rate in our research group. This paper analyzes the influence of coal gangue crushing index and water absorption rate on the compressive strength and frost resistance of the new type of frozen vegetation concrete made of coal gangue coarse aggregate, and classifies the coal gangue into grades. The coal gangue grade standard: 1) the crushing index is less than or equal to 16, and the coal gangue whose water absorption rate is less than 1.5% is grade I gangue.
