熔融碳酸盐燃料电池发电系统研究进展与展望

【摘要】:介绍了目前熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)发电系统的发展现状,主要针对热电联产系统、混合发电系统以及用于CO_2捕集的MCFC系统进行了总结,讨论分析了不同系统的结构特点、应用现状以及未来发展前景。目前,MCFC热电联产系统发电效率47%~60%,热电联产效率80%~90%;MCFC混合发电系统发电效率55%,其中MCFC与微型燃气轮机组成的底层循环发电系统是发展的主流方向;基于MCFC的CO_2捕集系统的CO_2捕集率可达77%。
[Abstract]:The development status of molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) power generation system is introduced. The cogeneration system, hybrid generation system and MCFC system for CO_2 capture are summarized, and the structural characteristics of different systems are discussed and analyzed. Application status and future development prospects. At present, the generation efficiency of MCFC cogeneration system is 47 / 60, and the cogeneration efficiency of MCFC / MCFC hybrid power generation system is 80 / 90. Among them, the bottom circulating generation system composed of MCFC and micro gas turbine is the mainstream direction of development. The CO_2 capture rate of CO_2 capture system based on MCFC can be as high as 77.
