全再生骨料混凝土空心砌块配合比设计

【摘要】:将废弃混凝土和铁尾矿砂加工成再生骨料,用于配制全再生混凝土空心砌块,这对回收利用废混凝土和铁尾矿砂具有重要的现实意义。提出了利用废混凝土及铁尾矿砂配制全再生骨料混凝土空心砌块配合比的设计步骤和计算方法,并以强度等级为MU7.5的全再生骨料混凝土空心砌块为例进行了实例设计计算。
[Abstract]:The waste concrete and iron tailings are processed into recycled aggregate and used in the preparation of full recycled concrete hollow blocks, which is of great practical significance for recycling waste concrete and iron tailings. The design steps and calculation method of mixing proportion of recycled aggregate concrete hollow block made of waste concrete and iron tailings are put forward, and the design calculation of the whole recycled aggregate concrete hollow block with strength grade MU7.5 as an example is carried out.
