碱式硫酸镁晶须制备工艺条件的优化研究

【摘要】:为了制备长径比较大的碱式硫酸镁晶须,以七水硫酸镁和氢氧化钠为原料,在水热条件下,考察水热物料摩尔比、温度、时间、搅拌强度、物料浓度等因素对晶须生长的影响。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对产物进行表征。单因素实验研究得到其水热合成优化工艺条件为:氢氧化钠与硫酸镁的摩尔比为0.3,水热合成温度为160~180℃,加热恒温时间为4 h,料浆搅拌强度为300 r/min,每100 m L水介质中加入七水硫酸镁和氢氧化钠总质量为10 g,陈化时间为12 h。分析结果表明,在该水热条件下制备的须状产品的组成为Mg SO4·5Mg(OH)2·3H2O,晶须颗粒长度均匀,直径在50 nm~1μm之间,长径比在100~150之间。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare basic magnesium sulfate whiskers with large length and diameter, the effects of the molar ratio of hydrothermal materials, temperature, time, stirring strength and concentration on the growth of whiskers were investigated under hydrothermal conditions using magnesium sulfate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The products were characterized by FT-IR X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
