高效强力齿辊破碎机参数化设计及虚拟样机研发

【摘要】:破碎机是许多行业破碎工艺中非常关键的机械设备。为了突破传统的齿辊破碎机的设计方法,本文建立了齿辊破碎机虚拟样机系统,运用虚拟样机技术对破碎机进行仿真分析和参数化设计。以强力齿辊破碎机为研究对象,对其进行自顶向下的整机建模,通过了装配干涉检测。采用Pro/E三维软件和VC++6.0开发平台,实现了破碎机齿板的参数化变型设计,为产品快速设计奠定了良好的基础;在ANSYS Workbench软件中对采用Pro/E建立的齿辊破碎机齿板的三维模型进行了静力学分析,根据分析结果提出了对辊齿较薄弱地方加强的三种方案,通过分析对比,最终确定了较为理想的方案。对破碎机进行ADAMS运动学和动力学仿真。首先,通过分析破碎机运动特性,明确了破碎机的工作过程,通过了运动干涉检测。其次,通过分析有滚动现象的物料的接触力,明确了物料的整个破碎过程的情况,分析得出其破碎力比无滚动现象的要大。通过对比三种不同材料的物料接触力的大小。仿真结果的接触力与理论计算的挤压力非常接近,这从理论上验证了虚拟样机系统的仿真结果是可靠有效的,也反映了对齿板受力的理论分析方法是可行的。基于相似理论对虚拟样机系统进行可靠性评估。运用相似分析方法构造相似元,计算相似元值,求出系统相似度。本文得到虚拟样机的相似度为0.844,证明了虚拟样机仿真结果是可信的。
[Abstract]:Crusher is a very important mechanical equipment in many industries. In order to break through the traditional design method of tooth roller crusher, a virtual prototype system of tooth roller crusher is established in this paper. The virtual prototype technology is used to simulate and analyze the crusher and to design its parameters. The top-down whole machine model was built on the strong tooth roller crusher as the research object, and the assembly interference detection was carried out. The parametric variant design of the tooth plate of the crusher is realized by using the Pro/E 3D software and the development platform of VC 6.0, which lays a good foundation for the rapid design of the product. In ANSYS Workbench software, the three dimensional model of tooth plate of tooth roller crusher established by Pro/E is analyzed statically. According to the analysis results, three schemes for strengthening the weak part of the roller tooth are put forward, and through the analysis and comparison, three kinds of schemes are put forward to strengthen the tooth plate of the tooth roll crusher. Finally, a more ideal scheme is determined. The ADAMS kinematics and dynamics simulation of the crusher is carried out. Firstly, the working process of the crusher is clarified by analyzing the motion characteristics of the crusher, and the motion interference detection is adopted. Secondly, by analyzing the contact force of the material with rolling phenomenon, the situation of the whole crushing process of the material is clarified, and the crushing force of the material is greater than that of the one without rolling phenomenon. The contact force of three different materials was compared. The contact force of the simulation results is very close to that of the theoretical calculation, which verifies theoretically that the simulation results of the virtual prototype system are reliable and effective, and also reflects the feasibility of the theoretical analysis method for the force on the tooth plate. The reliability of virtual prototype system is evaluated based on similarity theory. The similarity analysis method is used to construct the similarity element, to calculate the similarity element value, and to calculate the similarity degree of the system. In this paper, the similarity of virtual prototype is 0.844, which proves that the simulation result of virtual prototype is credible.
