建筑材料生产过程优化控制策略研究

【摘要】:随着中国国民经济的发展建筑材料工业也不断地发展起来,在建筑材料工业中最主要的是水泥的生产。水泥是建筑材料中最必不可少的材料之一,它的生产过程复杂,特征明显。水泥制造的关联性制约着它的生产过程会受到各种因素的影响,这些制约因素往往包括化学成分干扰、原料娄底以及游离物质等,水泥的生产过程有着时变、非线性的特点,从而导致物化经济落后。它的生产过程一般是通过较常规的操作,因此很难显示出它的效果。本篇文章主要研究的是水泥生产操作的方案,通过研究新型干法的生产过程为研究目标,主要对它的控制方案和实施方案进行有效的研究。本篇文章主要四点内容。第一关于目前的水泥生产的基本情况进行进一步的了解,同时也介绍了相关新型的生产流程。其次是有效的分析生产过程中的控制因素,并对其他变量之间关系的影响进行研究讨论,从而得出在生产过程中受到的局限问题。第三个就是建立有效的控制系统,对影响生产过程的物料化特性和粉磨过程进行有效的控制,避免各种因素的干扰,更快的提高工作效率。最后就是转窑的基本特征,运用高效的组合控制,进一步优化含氧指标,加快生产效率降低煤耗量,从而从整体上提高效率加快发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's national economy, the construction material industry has been developing constantly, and the production of cement is the most important in the construction material industry. Cement is one of the most essential materials in building materials. Its production process is complex and its characteristics are obvious. The relevance of cement manufacturing restricts its production process will be affected by a variety of factors, these constraints often include chemical composition interference, raw material Loudi and free materials, cement production process has a time-varying, non-linear characteristics, As a result, the materialized economy lags behind. Its production process is generally through a more conventional operation, so it is difficult to show its effect. This article mainly studies the plan of cement production and operation. Through the research on the production process of the new dry process, it mainly studies the control scheme and the implementation plan of the new dry process. There are four main points in this article. The first is about the basic situation of present cement production and the related new production process. Secondly, the control factors in the production process are analyzed effectively, and the influence of other variables on the relationship is studied and discussed, and the limitations in the production process are obtained. The third is to establish an effective control system to control the material characteristics of the production process and grinding process effectively, to avoid the interference of various factors, and to improve the working efficiency faster. Finally, it is the basic characteristic of rotary kiln, using high efficiency combination control, further optimizing oxygen content index, speeding up production efficiency and reducing coal consumption, so as to improve overall efficiency and accelerate development.
