混凝土外加剂对清水混凝土表面光洁度的影响

【摘要】:随着科学技术的不断进步和发展,人类环保意识的提高和审美观念的转变,普通混凝土已经难以达到施工建筑和人类审美观的要求,于是,一种一次浇筑成型,不作任何外物修饰的新型混凝土,即清水混凝土浮现于世。由于清水混凝土的表面不作外物修饰,故其对混凝土表面光洁度要求相当之高。然而,混凝土在施工过程中由于原材料、施工工艺等因素的影响,混凝土在施工过程中容易在表面出现缝隙、夹层、麻面、蜂窝、气孔等不良现象。这些缺陷将对清水混凝土的表面光洁度及使用效果造成很大的影响。因此,如何彻底的解决混凝土的表面质量问题成为工程界讨论的热点。本文在前人研究的基础上从化学的角度,即通过对混凝土外加剂的掺入进行调整以改善混凝土的表面光洁度。本文主要进行了以下研究:(1)本文考察了混凝土配合比对混凝土工作性能的影响,在实验室混凝土配合比的基础上,以混凝土拌和实验对其进行调整,最终通过试验数据得出结论:拌和混凝土的最优砂率、水灰比、单位体积用水量分别为41%、0.45、175kg/m~3。(2)在混凝土最佳配合比下,考察了混凝土外加剂对混凝土工作性能的影响。通过混凝土试验分析得:拌和混凝土最优聚羧酸减水剂品种为A2,掺量为1.45%;外加剂复配所用引气剂、消泡剂的最优品种为B2、C1,掺量分别为0.1‰、0.06‰。拟定外加剂复配方案并拌和混凝土,对其表面进行观察并以Image pro plus图像分析软件进行评价,最终得出:外加剂对混凝土的表面光洁度有较大影响,当聚羧酸减水剂、引气剂、消泡剂的掺量分别为1.45%、0.1‰、0.06‰,混凝土获得最佳表面光洁度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress and development of science and technology, the improvement of human environmental protection consciousness and the change of aesthetic concept, it is difficult for ordinary concrete to meet the requirements of construction and human aesthetics. A new type of concrete, called fair-faced concrete, emerges without any exterior modification. Because the surface of fair-faced concrete is not modified by external objects, it requires high surface finish of concrete. However, due to the influence of raw materials, construction technology and other factors in the construction process of concrete, cracks, sandwich layers, hemp surfaces, honeycomb, air holes and other bad phenomena are easy to appear in the construction process of concrete. These defects will have a great impact on the surface finish and application effect of fair-faced concrete. Therefore, how to solve the problem of concrete surface quality has become a hot topic in engineering circles. On the basis of previous studies, this paper improves the surface finish of concrete by adjusting the admixture of concrete from a chemical point of view. This paper mainly carried out the following research: 1) this paper investigates the influence of concrete mix ratio on concrete performance, and adjusts it with concrete mixing experiment on the basis of laboratory concrete mix ratio. Finally, through the test data, it is concluded that the optimum sand ratio, water-cement ratio and water consumption per unit volume of concrete are 41 1 / 0. 45175 kg / m ~ (3. 2) under the optimum mix ratio of concrete, the effect of concrete admixture on the working performance of concrete is investigated. Through the concrete test and analysis, it is obtained that the optimum variety of polycarboxylic acid water reducer is A _ 2 and the amount of water reducer is 1.45, and the optimum variety of air entraining agent and defoamer used in admixture is B _ 2C _ 1, with addition of 0.1 鈥,
