透明混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:通过在不同光照条件下的透光试验、冻融循环试验和抗渗试验研究了光纤掺量分别为1.13%,2.0%,3.14%,4.52%,6.2%透明混凝土的透光性能、抗冻性能和抗渗性能。结果表明:以新闻灯和白炽灯为光源的测试透光率中,两种光源均可使透明混凝土透过可见光和红外光;透明混凝土抗冻融性和抗渗性能明显低于普通混凝土,且随光纤掺量增大而降低。冻融循环是透明混凝土使用过程中的不利因素,通过在光纤表面涂覆环氧树脂能增强光纤与混凝土的界面粘结性,提高抗渗性能。
[Abstract]:Through the light transmission test under different light conditions, freeze-thaw cycle test and impermeability test, the transmittance, frost resistance and impermeability of transparent concrete with fiber content of 1.132.0 and 3.144.52% were studied respectively. The results show that in the test transmittance of news lamp and incandescent lamp, both light sources can make transparent concrete penetrate visible light and infrared light, and the freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability of transparent concrete are obviously lower than that of ordinary concrete. And it decreases with the increase of fiber content. Freeze-thaw cycle is an unfavorable factor in the use of transparent concrete. Coating epoxy resin on the surface of the fiber can enhance the interfacial bond between the fiber and the concrete and improve the impermeability.
