掺污水处理厂污泥对自密实混凝土性能的影响

【摘要】:自密实混凝土是一种新型高技术混凝土,经特殊设计和添加增稠剂后,具有流动性好、不易分层离析等特点。常用增稠剂包括纤维素醚、温伦胶、硅溶胶等,其抗离析效果明显,但价格较昂贵。研究表明,城市污水处理厂污泥含有絮凝组分,预计可发挥对自密实混凝土的增稠作用。本文尝试采用城市污水处理厂污泥作为增稠剂,对比研究了掺污水处理厂污泥和膏体温伦胶对新拌和硬化自密实混凝土性能的影响,结果表明:(1)与掺加膏体温伦胶相类似,掺污水处理厂原状污泥对水泥净浆流变性能和新拌自密实混凝土和易性影响均很大,可发挥增稠作用,但将原状污泥烘干磨细后,其影响明显减小。掺原状污泥和烘干污泥均在水化前期对水泥水化具有促进作用,但在潜伏期和加速期均对水泥水化具有缓凝作用。(2)掺原状污泥和温伦胶均导致硬化自密实混凝土强度下降,但掺原状污泥对硬化自密实混凝土强度的影响更明显,实验结果表明,污泥掺量为1.0%时,其对混凝土强度的影响最小。(3)掺温伦胶有助于改善硬化自密实混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能。掺原状污泥时,其对抗氯离子渗透性能的影响与掺量有关,掺量为1.0%时,抗氯离子渗透性能最佳,达到2.0%时又导致抗氯离子渗透能力下降。(4)掺膏体温伦胶有助于改善砂浆孔结构分布,其孔隙率也略有减小,而掺加原状污泥对混凝土孔结构分布及孔隙率均产生不利影响,但对平均孔径影响较小,且增加的部分均属于少害孔级。而掺加原状污泥与温伦胶均可明显改善硬化水泥石和骨料-水泥石之间的界面过渡区微观结构。(5)将污泥经除臭处理后作为增稠剂加入到自密实混凝土中,对其流动性影响大大减小,间隙通过性有所改善,对强度的影响较原状污泥要小。
[Abstract]:Self compacting concrete is a new type of high technology concrete. After special design and adding thickening agent, it has the characteristics of good fluidity and not easy to separate segregation. The commonly used thickening agent, including cellulose ether, thermo Lun gum and silica sol, has obvious anti segregation effect, but the price is more expensive. The research shows that the sludge contains flocculation components in the municipal sewage treatment plant. This paper tries to use the sludge of the municipal sewage treatment plant as a thickening agent to compare the effects of the sludge and the body temperature of the paste on the performance of the newly mixed and hardened self compacting concrete. The results show that: (1) it is similar to the addition of the paste, and the original sludge is mixed with the sewage treatment plant. It has great influence on the rheological properties of cement paste and the new mixing of self compacting concrete and easily. It can play a thickening effect, but the effect of the original sludge drying and grinding is obviously reduced. Both the original sludge and the drying sludge all have a promotion effect on the hydration of cement in the early stage of hydration, but the cement hydration is retarded in the incubation period and the accelerating period. (2) the strength of hardened self compacting concrete is reduced by the addition of raw sludge and warm glue, but the effect of mixing raw sludge on the strength of hardened self compacting concrete is more obvious. The experimental results show that when the amount of sludge is 1%, the effect of the sludge on the strength of concrete is minimal. (3) the addition of thermo glue can help to improve the resistance to chloride ion permeation of hardened self compacting concrete. When mixed with original sludge, the effect of admixture on the permeability of chloride ion is related to the dosage of chloride ion. When the dosage is 1%, the permeability resistance of chlorine ion is the best and the permeability resistance of chlorine ion is reduced when it reaches 2%. (4) the mixture of ointment thermoren glue helps to improve the distribution of pore structure of mortar, and its porosity is slightly reduced, and mixed with raw sludge is mixed. The structure distribution and porosity of the condensate hole have adverse effects, but the influence on the average pore size is small, and the increase part of the pore size belongs to the small damage hole grade. And the addition of the original sludge and the warm glue can obviously improve the microstructure of the interface transition zone between the hardened cement stone and the aggregate cement stone. (5) the sludge is deodorizing as a thickening agent after deodorization treatment. In self compacting concrete, its fluidity is greatly reduced, the permeability of the gap is improved, and the effect on strength is smaller than that of raw sludge.
