酸性水汽提装置的动态模拟

【摘要】:本文根据工厂的实际要求,完成了酸性水汽提装置的动态模拟,开发出了酸性水汽提仿真模拟软件。酸性水汽提装置主要包含脱硫塔单元、脱氨塔单元、氨精制单元这三个主要单元操作。通过对精馏机理的研究,各种设备的数学模型与物性数据进行计算,选择合理的计算方法与模块,成功开发出了酸性水汽提装置仿真模拟软件。文章重点对酸性水汽提工艺中的精馏机理与设备模型进行了具体的分析与描述,通过选取合适的精馏模型,建立设备内的精馏过程动态模型,选取合适的计算方法,得到所需的各项模拟结果。最后通过比较工厂实际数据与模拟值,证明所开发的仿真模拟软件是正确可靠的。开发出的酸性水汽提仿真模拟软件良好地反映了实际工厂生产过程,具有优良的动态特性,已经成功通过企业验收。从化工实际生产角度看,该软件对于优化工艺过程具有良好的指导意义。它大大缩短了企业员工熟悉流程的时间,提高了员工的操作熟练程度,给企业与工厂带来了巨大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:According to the actual requirements of the factory, the dynamic simulation of the acid water stripping unit has been completed, and the simulation software of acid water stripping has been developed in this paper. The acid water stripping unit consists of three main units: desulfurizer unit, ammonia unit and ammonia refining unit. Based on the study of distillation mechanism, mathematical model and physical property data of various equipments, and selecting reasonable calculation methods and modules, the simulation software of acid water stripping unit is developed successfully. This paper focuses on the analysis and description of the distillation mechanism and the equipment model in the acid water stripping process. By selecting the appropriate distillation model, the dynamic model of the distillation process in the equipment is established, and the appropriate calculation method is selected. The required simulation results are obtained. Finally, the simulation software is proved to be correct and reliable by comparing the actual data with the simulation value. The simulation software developed for acid water stripping well reflects the actual plant production process and has excellent dynamic characteristics and has been successfully accepted by enterprises. From the point of view of actual chemical production, the software has a good guiding significance for optimizing the process. It greatly shortens the time for the employees to familiarize themselves with the process, improves the operating proficiency of the employees, and brings enormous economic benefits to the enterprises and factories.
