商洛钼尾矿制备泡沫陶瓷的研究

【摘要】:以商洛钼尾矿为主要原料,添加钾长石、高岭土等辅助原料,以SiC为发泡剂,制备高钼尾矿含量的轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷。采用正交实验确定影响泡沫陶瓷体积密度四个因素的主次程度依次为:SiC添加量、升温速率、保温时间和烧成温度。最终以8℃/min的升温速度升至800℃,再以1℃/min升至1140℃,保温20 min,随炉冷却制得体积密度0.34 g/cm~3,抗压强度3.2 MPa,平均孔径1.8 mm,气孔分布均匀的高性能轻质保温隔热泡沫陶瓷材料。
[Abstract]:Using Shangluo molybdenum tailings as main raw material, adding potassium feldspar and kaolin as auxiliary raw materials and SiC as foaming agent, light heat insulating foam ceramics with high content of molybdenum tailings were prepared. The main and secondary factors affecting the bulk density of foamed ceramics were determined by orthogonal experiment: the content of sic, the heating rate, the holding time and the sintering temperature.
