碘量法测定电解液中锰酸钾和高锰酸钾

【摘要】：建立了一种测定高锰酸钾生产电解液中锰酸钾和高锰酸钾的分析方法。以钡盐沉淀分离电解液中的MnO_4~(2-),用碘量法测定溶液中的高锰酸钾含量;同时,另取一份相同电解液,用碘量法测定锰酸钾和高锰酸钾的总量,间接得到锰酸钾的含量。对电解液中锰酸钾和高锰酸钾含量进行了多次平行测定,锰酸钾相对标准偏差为0.11%,高锰酸钾为0.14%;高锰酸钾的加标回收率为96.9%。将方法应用于实际样品分析,测定结果与参照方法一致。该法操作简单,终点变色灵敏,结果准确,试剂用量少、污染小,可用于高锰酸钾生产过程的质量控制。
[Abstract]:An analytical method for the determination of potassium manganate and Potassium Permanganate in the electrolyte of Potassium Permanganate was established. The MnO_4~ (2-) in the electrolyte was precipitated with barium salt, and the content of Potassium Permanganate in the solution was determined by iodic method. At the same time, a same electrolyte was taken to determine the total amount of potassium manganate and Potassium Permanganate by iodic method, and the potassium manganate was obtained indirectly. The content of potassium manganate and Potassium Permanganate in the electrolyte is measured in parallel. The relative standard deviation of the potassium manganate is 0.11%, the Potassium Permanganate is 0.14%, and the recovery rate of Potassium Permanganate is 96.9%.. The method is applied to the actual sample analysis. The result is in accordance with the reference method. The method is simple in operation, sensitive to discoloration at the end point and accurate, and the result is accurate. Less reagent consumption and less pollution, it can be used for quality control of Potassium Permanganate production process.
