HRB500钢筋与活性粉末混凝土粘结性能研究

【摘要】:通过拉拔试验研究了HRB500钢筋与RPC的粘结性能,基于试验得出RPC与高强钢筋的粘结滑移曲线。分别探讨钢筋直径、保护层厚度、钢筋锚固长度及强度等级对RPC与钢筋粘结强度的影响。结果表明,钢筋直径越大、混凝土保护层越小、钢筋锚固长度越大,则钢筋与RPC的粘结强度越小。RPC与HRB500钢筋的粘结强度高于其与HRB400钢筋的粘结强度。基于试验结果,通过回归分析建立RPC与HRB500钢筋极限粘结强度计算公式,同时给出了RPC与HRB500钢筋临界锚固长度公式。
[Abstract]:The bond behavior of HRB500 steel bar and RPC was studied by drawing test, and the bond-slip curve between RPC and high strength steel bar was obtained based on the test. The influence of the diameter of steel bar, the thickness of protective layer, the length and grade of reinforcement Anchorage on the bond strength between RPC and steel bar is discussed. The results show that the larger the diameter of steel bar, the smaller the concrete cover and the longer the length of reinforcement Anchorage, the smaller the bond strength between RPC and RPC.The bond strength between RPC and HRB500 steel bar is higher than that with HRB400 steel bar. Based on the test results, the formula of ultimate bond strength between RPC and HRB500 steel bar is established by regression analysis, and the formula of critical anchoring length of RPC and HRB500 steel bar is given.
