利用铁矿尾矿制备蒸压灰砂砖试验研究

【摘要】:在铁矿尾矿的性质分析及现有成熟的工艺技术的基础上,利用迁安某铁矿选厂尾矿为主要原料,添加生石灰、缓凝剂、调节剂,按不同配比进行条件试验。在水固比0.09,铁矿尾矿∶生石灰∶缓凝剂∶调节剂=80∶8∶3∶9,成形W'强25 MPa,蒸汽压强1.3 MPa,升温150 min,恒温360 min,降温120 min条件下制得平均抗压强度26.4 MPa、平均抗折强度5.3 MPa的蒸压灰砂砖,符合GB 11945-2006《蒸压灰砂砖》MU25技术指标的标准,实现铁矿尾矿的综合利用,并增加企业经济效益及社会效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the properties of iron ore tailings and the existing mature technology, the tailings of a certain iron ore dressing plant in Qianan Iron Mine were used as the main raw materials, with the addition of quicklime, retarder and regulator, and the conditions were tested according to different ratios. Under the conditions of water / solid ratio 0.09, iron ore tailings: quicklime: retarder: regulator 80: 8: 3: 9, forming W 'strong 25 MPA, steam pressure 1.3 MPA, heating 150 min, constant temperature 360 min, cooling 120 min, the average compressive strength is 26.4 MPA. Autoclaved lime and sand bricks of 5.3 MPA, According to the technical standard of GB11945-2006 < autoclaved lime-sand brick > MU25, the comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings is realized, and the economic and social benefits of enterprises are increased.
