【摘要】:为研究Wurster流化床内颗粒流动规律,本文利用12-4-8组合电极电容层析成像(Electrical Capacitance Tomography,ECT)传感器对Wurster流化床冷态实验和加湿实验过程进行监测,得到了ECT重构图像以及颗粒浓度时变曲线。首先,根据冷态实验数据比较了不同操作条件下流化床内颗粒流态和浓度波动特性;在此基础上,通过加湿实验数据分析了包衣液流率对于颗粒流动的影响。本文研究表明,ECT传感器适用于Wurster流化床过程关键参数在线测量和故障诊断,从而为反应过程的优化提供支持。
[Abstract]:In order to study the law of particle flow in the Wurster fluidized bed, this paper uses the 12-4-8 composite electrode capacitance tomography (Electrical Capacitance Tomography, ECT) sensor to monitor the cold experiment and humidifying process of the Wurster fluidized bed, and obtains the reconstructed image of ECT and the time variation curve of the particle concentration. First, according to the cold experimental data ratio. Compared with the characteristics of the particle flow and concentration fluctuation in the fluidized bed under different operating conditions, the effect of the flow rate of coating liquid on the particle flow is analyzed by the experimental data of humidification. The study shows that the ECT sensor is suitable for the on-line measurement and fault diagnosis of the key parameters of the Wurster fluidized bed, thus the optimization of the reaction process.
