退火温度对二氧化钛纳米管阵列亲水性的影响

【摘要】:采用电化学阳极氧化法,以含有0.25wt%NH4F和2mL H_2O的乙二醇溶液作为电解液制备了TiO_2纳米管阵列,然后通过不同温度退火比较其形貌、结构、元素组成和亲水性能。实验表明,600℃以下温度退火基本不会引起TiO_2纳米管阵列的形貌改变,但是600℃退火会使得部分TiO_2纳米管坍塌。随着退火温度的升高,TiO_2由无定型结构向晶体结构转变,同时接触角减小,亲水性变好。另一方面,F元素也会影响TiO_2纳米管阵列的亲水性能,F元素含量越少,亲水性越好。
[Abstract]:TIO _ 2 nanotube arrays were prepared by electrochemical anodic oxidation with ethylene glycol solution containing 0.25 wtNH _ 4F and 2 mL H _ 2O as electrolyte.
