盐酸-氢氟酸对高铝粉煤灰中铝的浸出作用

【摘要】:高铝粉煤灰是一种重要的潜在铝资源。采用盐酸-氢氟酸混合酸对内蒙古准格尔矿区含氧化铝质量分数为48.83%、主要含铝矿物为莫来石和刚玉的粉煤灰进行氧化铝的联合浸出研究。研究结果表明,在盐酸和氢氟酸浓度分别为4.95 mol/L和4.93 mol/L、液固质量比为5∶1、反应温度为95℃、反应时间为3 h条件下浸取粉煤灰,氧化铝浸出率达到88.14%,氧化铝与二氧化硅、二氧化钛浸出率差值分别为33.28%、29.70%。氢氟酸溶液对强化粉煤灰中莫来石的浸出具有重要作用,但必须严格控制氢氟酸的浓度以避免氟化铝的生成而降低氧化铝的浸出率,同时减轻浸出的硅与氟结合生成氟硅酸根而加重环境负担。
[Abstract]:High aluminum fly ash is an important potential aluminum resource. The combined leaching of alumina from fly ash, which mainly contains mullite and corundum, was studied by using mixed hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in Zhungeer mining area, Inner Mongolia, where the mass fraction of alumina was 48.83 and the main aluminum mineral was mullite and corundum.
