【摘要】:采用热重及红外光谱技术研究了全氟磺酸离子膜与锰离子及过氧化氢溶液的相互作用,使用热重分析法(TGA)考察了锰离子、过氧化氢浓度及浸渍时间对膜稳定性的影响;热重分析表明降解膜磺酸基团热解峰温几乎消失,在高温区生成新的热解峰温。测定了腐蚀膜的扫描电镜(SEM)、动态热机械分析(DMA)、阻抗电导率和热寿命。等温质量损失表明在空气气氛及200℃时,腐蚀前后膜的红外光谱振动峰没有变化,但是在315℃受热时,-CF2-基团在1 210 cm-1处伸缩振动峰强度下降67.7%;在空气气氛中等温失重膜的转化率远大于在氮气气氛中的非等温失重。
[Abstract]:The interaction of perfluorosulfonic acid ion membrane with manganese ion and hydrogen peroxide solution was studied by thermogravimetry and infrared spectroscopy. The effects of manganese ion, hydrogen peroxide concentration and impregnation time on the stability of the membrane were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the pyrolysis peak temperature of sulfonic group almost disappeared and a new pyrolysis peak temperature was formed in the high temperature region. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA), impedance conductivity and thermal life of the corrosion film were measured. The isothermal mass loss indicates that the infrared spectrum vibration peak of the film does not change before and after corrosion in the air atmosphere and at 200 鈩,
